Essential Guidelines Before Applying for eSIM
Mobile Number Status
Your mobile number should be in Active state in order to verify OTP and login into the system.
Sufficient Balance
Should have main balance more than Rs.50 to pay charge for eSIM.
Profile Update
You should have updated profile in NT records to be eligible to apply for online eSIM.
Citizenship ID/ Issued District
If you are not able to verify your citizenship id and issued district, please visit NT counter to get your Profile Updated.
Photo with Citizenship ID
Please take a clear photo with Citizenship holding in your hand while submitting the form.
VoLTE Activatation After Successfully Scanning the eSIM
Please dial *444*2# to activate VoLTE from the SIM. Then, go to mobile setting and turn the VoLTE ON. Once done, restart your mobile set.
Request Review
It may take some time for the request of eSIM to be reviewed. Please have patience.
